A Steam Train Day Trip in Southern Bohemia

A steam train through Southern Bohemia!
It is a lot of fun!
Get aquointed with the Southern Bohemian countryside from a historic steam train. First of all, I will pick you up from your hotel, and we'll go to Hlavní nádraží in Prague (The main railway station). We will go by train to Jindřichův Hradec, where we transfer to the historic narrow-gauge 29. 92 in. steam train. From Jindřichův Hradec, you can travel either north or south.
If you travel south from Jindřichův Hradec you go to Nová Bystřice. Otherwise, you ride north to Kamenice nad Lipou, which is a little shorter route. Kamenice nad Lipou is the terminus of the steam engine, but from Kamenice, there is a historic electric train that goes further to the north to the little city of Obrataň. The train has a dining car with Czech drinks, snacks and sausages.
If you will decide for booking this tour, and you are a group of 3 and more people. It is better to make a reservation at least 2 days in advence.
